This dispenser can be found in either red or blue and will either have a tape strip on the helmet or a plastic strip that snaps on the front and back of the helmet. This vesrion is very hard to find. The blank side of the stem with the triangle allowed kids to customize the dispenser with a pennat-shaped sticker of their favorite team.
